Is there any special care needed for your pens?
Wooden pens are just like furniture. They need to stay out of extreme heat, extreme cold and moisture. Misuse could result in cracking.

When will I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped within two business days of payment receipt. We ship via USPS priority mail.

Can an item be returned?
If you are not satisfied with your order. We will refund your purchase price. We do not refund shipping in either direction.
