We strongly suggest if you do not have a secure area for your package to be delivered to that you note in the customer comments/more information section on the payment page that you want sent with a signature required. If you do not request a signature required (which we will pay for)You are solely responsible for the end result of receiving the package once it leaves our possession. Our delivery confirmation receipt will serve as the completion of our transaction. Thank you for your cooperation.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope or Box. We are limited in the way we can calculate shipping. We have a cost based formula which works most of the time. However, if you order more expensive items it can inflate your shipping to the box or large box pricing. We will ALWAYS try to fit your order into an envelope. If we are able to do this, we gladly refund you the difference. After all, shipping is expensive enough!
